Secretary of State Kim Wyman announces she will be boycotting her vote in the March 10 presidential primary. The Republican tells a Seattle TV station it’s because lawmakers passed a bill requiring voters to only select candidates from a single political party even though they don’t have to declare what party they identify with. Wyman says that means party preference becomes public information once the results are released.
