An long-time Ephrata charity joins with a newly formed non-profit to produce kits to help the homeless after the closing of the Moses Lake warming shelter. The effort is between the Columbia Basin Foundation and the group called The Brotherhood which is a resource center for those working to stop drug addiction. The kits contain everything from toiletries to socks and even some comfort items including candy.
