A tractor-trailer breakdown in Quincy causes a big traffic headache. Police say the driver was westbound on F Street and in the process of turning south onto Central Ave when the trailer popped off the 5th wheel. The driver stopped blocking a majority of the busy intersection. Quincy Police Officers responded and directed traffic until the intersection could be cleared. The department thanked Davis Towing, Ben Schaapman Farms, and Quincy Intermodal for their quick response and help.
