One of two suspects arrested in a Moses Lake drug raid takes a plea deal to possession with intent to sell charges. Prosecutors say Pete Lopez pleaded guilty this week and received a 32-month sentence along with mandatory chemical dependency treatment. Last December the Grant County Interagency Narcotics Enforcement team served a search warrant at a home in the 7900 block of Stanley Road Northeast with methamphetamine, cash and a stolen vehicle seized. It was the second raid at that address.
