The search is on for the suspect opening fire Sunday in Quincy injuring a 21-year-old man. Police say it happened in the area of Fourth Avenue Southeast and C Street Southeast where officers found the victim with a gunshot wound to his arm. They were treated and released at Quincy Valley Medical Center and has since been released. Investigators found several 9mm shell casings and witnesses told them the shooter was in a black BMW with tinted windows.
