Charges are brought against a second suspect man in an January attempted robbery in Moses Lake. Police say Victor Noriega Jr. was apprehended last week after they searched his cell phone and found evidence he was involved in the Alder Street where a man was carrying a bank deposit bag. The other suspect identified as Chance Suarez was arrested in Civic Park and officers found he had a stolen 9mm pistol. He was booked on the firearm charge along with first degree robbery and assault.
