It’s guilty as charged for a man accused of killing a 61-year-old driver in a 2017 Quincy accident. Prosecutors say Genaro Vazquez Visoso of Royal City ran a stop sign at the intersection of Road K Northwest and Road 9 Northwest when he hit a car driven by Kelly Norris of Ephrata. She died at the scene. Vazquez Visoso was found guilty after a nearly week-long trial and is to be sentenced Feb. 24.
