There’s still no date set by REC Silicon to resume Moses Lake plant operations following the Trump Administration signing of a trade deal with China. Company REC’s CEO/President Tore Torvund said in a conference call last Friday that any decision on re-starting the plant’s operations wouldn’t be made until the company’s next earnings call in May. REC halted operations last summer because the trade impasse with China cut off a large market for the company.
