Lawmakers in Olympia may not be passing a permanent ban on flavored vaping products after all. Last October the state board of health passed a 120-day emergency ban after the outbreak of vaping-related lung illnesses. According to the Seattle Times the state Senate took the permanent ban out of a new bill and replaced it with a ban on selling products to those under 21. The emergency ban expires today and there’s no plans to extend it.
