Architects are making a presentation to the Moses Lake City Council on design changes to a proposed new recrection center. Last year the City Council hired a firm to design the new center with a construction budget of around $9 million but the finished design came in around $11.4 million. The expanded design includes space for the Parks and Recreation offices. The presentation takes place at the Feb. 25 council meeting.
