The Moses Lake City Council gives the green light to plans for a new recreation center. On Tuesday architects are made a presentation on design changes to the facility that replaces the Larcen Recreation Center closed that closed nearly six years ago. The two-story design includes a number of features including classroom space and the Parks and Recreation department’s office. Projected cost is around $11.5 million.
