It’s guilty on all counts for a Moses Lake man who accidentally shot his girlfriend at their residence last July Prosecutors say Jose Espinoza Jr. was charged with assault while armed with a deadly weapon, unlawful possession of a firearm, possession of a controlled substance and two counts of tampering with a witness. According to police Espinoza took his girlfriend to the emergency room then left but returned and caused a ruckus. He then called a woman from jail and tried to get her from not testifying against him.
