A man from Franklin County faces charges after an investigation finds he inappropriately touched a girl while he thought she was sleeping. Police say the investigation started when a complaint came in on Feb. 4 that Andrew Reavis
not only molested the 13-year-old but also withheld food from other children and locked them in a laundry room. Reavis was taken into custody last Wednesday and charged with 2nd Degree Child Molestation. Bail was set at $5,000.
