An investigation into a suspected cockfighting ring in Winchester ends up with a police raid and a man taken into custody. Officers from multiple agencies executed a search warrant Wednesday at a Road J 4 Northwest address where they found 13 birds who had been altered to reduce blood loss which officials say is done for cockfighting. 56-year-old Reymundo Garcia was booked for the cockfighting operation along with several drug charges.
