Two 14-year-olds are facing charges for spray painting a building in Quincy. Police say they were called to the 800 block of E. Hancock St. early Sunday morning by a witness who observed the teenagers spraying paint. The two were wearing large coats and were listening to loud music. Officers apprehended the teenagers a short distance away. On Monday the Adams County Juvenile Department brought the teens back to the Hancock St. site to clean the damage.
