Charges are being brought against a 13-year-old girl who was behind the wheel of a stolen car and first hit another driver then led officers on a pursuit. Moses Lake Police say it happened Friday when the 13-year-old hit a car in a East Kittleson Road parking lot telling the victim they had no insurance. Officers caught up with the juvenile on Sand Dunes Road and that’s where the pursuit started. She was apprehended after crashing off the roadway.
