An attempted traffic stop in Rock Island turns into two police pursuits. Police say it happened Saturday when officers tried to stop Jessica Fisk of Cashmere on Rock Island Drive but she took off with the officer eventually stopping the pursuit for safety reasons. A second officer then spotted Fisk at Rock Island Drive and state Route 28 and gave chase until Fisk crashed. She was taken into custody for felony eluding, hit-and-run, reckless endangerment, driving with a suspended license and two outstanding warrants.
