Charges are brought against a Quincy man in a road rage shooting that happened last weekend. Police say 20-year-old Maurisio Medina Ramos opened fire on State Route 17 after the victim made a finger gesture. Three shots were fired but none hit the victim’s car or its occupants. Medina Ramos was stopped on state Route 17 at McConihe Road and according to investigators admitted brandishing the weapon. The gun was recovered from his vehicle.
