Have you seen the mystery penguin in Moses Lake who’s been at the controls of a snowblower clearing sidewalks? If you haven’t we have a photo posted at out website i fiber one dot com that was taken near an Allen Avenue home hearlier this week. The photographer says the penguin plowed the sidewalks in front of about a dozen homes and hopes they reveal themselves so they can be thanked for their random act of kindness.
