A 72-year-old Moses Lake man will spend the next 12 months behind bars as the result of a plea deal to child pornography charges. Prosecutors say William Stoutzenberger pleaded guilty to first-degree possession of depictions of a minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct with another charge dismissed. According to Moses Lake Police the investigation into Stoutzenberger started in 2016 after a tip came in that he uploaded pornography to a social media site.
