A two-car crash Saturday on Highway 97 near Orondo critically injures three people. Police say a 22-year-old man from Orondo was driving south in the northbound lanes when he had an oncoming minivan. First responders had to use extraction equipment to get both drivers and a minivan passenger out of the vehicles. All three were taken to Central Washington Hospital. The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
