An argument over a drug debt leads to a Tuesday morning shooting in Moses Lake. Police say it happened in the 3000 block of Road H Northeast where Salvador Harguindeguy went with two others to settle up with the victim who had used fake money to buy marijuana. According to investigators Harguindeguy pulled out a pistol aiming it at the victim who was running away. A single shot was fired and Harguideguy told officers it was accidental. He was taken into custody.
