An Adams County K-9 team is brought in to find a man wanted on outstanding warrants. According to the sheriff’s office Manuel Armando Quintero was spotted last Thursday near Nuevo Leon Ln and deputies tracked him for approximately 1.5 miles and for just over 1 hour before apprehending. K-9 Garrett and his handler kept Armando Quintero from getting away. He was first hospitalized for what were described as minor injuries then booked into jail.
