The driver of a stolen vehicle who led officers on a chase near Brewster is now facing charges. Police say they spotted the stolen car on State Route 173 and the pursuit moved to State Route 17 where the driver identified as Adam White then went off the highway and tried to drive down a dirt road but got stuck in snow and sand. White was booked into jail for felony eluding, theft of a motor vehicle and resisting arrest.
