The suspect in a Quincy domestic violence incident holds police at bay for several hours on Tuesday after they try to serve a protection order. Police say they attempted to stop Joel Villela to serve the order but he took off eventually leading officers to a home in the 500 block of L St. SW where he refused to come out. Tear gas canisters were fired after several hours and Villela surrendered.
