Up to 40 people have now tested positive for COVID-19 after a large wedding near Ritzville. More than 300 people attended the wedding on November 7th. In addition, Grant County public health authorities are dealing with coronavirus outbreaks at a long-term care facility and a school district with a direct link to wedding attendance or secondary cases resulting from contact with wedding participants. Health officials believe there may also be additional cases linked to the wedding in other counties.
