Over half of Washington’s voters have already turned in their ballots according to the Secretary of State’s office. To compare at this point four years ago just under 30% or ballots were received. 46% of Adams County have returned their ballots while Grant County is just over 40%.The highest turnout was in 2008 and officials say that record could easily be shattered this year.
