Big Bend Community College is continuing distance learning into the winter quarter because according to officials there’s been a recent surge in COVID-19 cases regionally and nationwide. Some courses will continue on campus such as workforce and health education labs with social distancing along with the use of personal protective equipment. Contact tracing protocols will be done daily as well. The winter quarter begins Jan. 4.
