Quincy Police apprehend a man wanted in domestic violence incident on July 8. 49-year-old Avel Beltran Leon was wanted for felony harassment and a search at his last known addresscame up empty. He was taken into custody Wednesday night with the assistance of law enforcement partners from Douglas County. Investigators say family and friends continued to help Beltan Leon to evade arrest even after the domestic incident occurred.
