A Moses Lake police officer responding to a fight call collided with a private vehicle on Monday at the five corners intersection along South Pioneer Way. According to investigators the officer had the lights and siren activated and slowed to let traffic clear but a driver on Pioneer Way failed to yield. The officer was not hurt but the car’s driver was taken to Samaritan Hospital as a precaution.
