Ritzville Police issued an alert for a missing person believed to be in danger. 40-year-old JoAnn Day disappeared Friday night in a 2016 silver Dodge Dart with Washington license plate BDT8901. No one has heard from her since and she did not take her phone, money, dentures or medications. Day is white, five-three and around 130 pounds with hazel eyes and red dyed hair. She was wearing a black sweater with yellow and orange stripes along with yellow pajama pants.
