Four juveniles are facing multiple car prowl charges in Moses Lake and two of them are connected to an armed robbery earlier this month. Police say the car prowls occurred Sunday night and into Monday morning in the Knolls Vista and Paxson Road area with cash, credit cards and electronic items stolen. A 15-year-old and 13-year-old are charged with the May 12 armed robbery of a 20-year-old during a drug deal that went bad.
