Teenager Arrested In Drive By Shooting

A teenage boy is apprehended for using a flare gun in a Moses Lake drive-by shooting. Police say it happened Saturday afternoon when the 17-year-old shot the flare gun near Knolls Vista Elementary. The boy was spotted in a vehicle which was stopped a few hours after the shooting. He faces charges of drive-by shooting and unlawful discharge of a firearm. There were no reports of any injuries.
