Property Crime Down In Moses Lake

New figures released by Moses Lake police show property crime continues to decline. So far there have been 105 crimes this year compared to 167 in 2016 and 286 in 2014. Department officials say that with the declining crime numbers comes a corresponding increase in arrest percentages. No specific parts of Moses Lake were cited as being a higher crime area than any other but drugs and domestic issues were listed as the two major factors behind the crimes.
