Inslee Orders Flags At Half-Staff In Response To Vegas Shooting

Governor Jay Inslee ordered all flags on state buildings to fly at half-staff from today through Friday to honor those killed and injured in Sunday’s mass shooting in Las Vegas. Over 50 people were killed and more than 500 were injuried in what has become the worst mass shooting event in modern history. In a statement Inslee said it’s difficult to conceive of the horrific violence suffered in Las Vegas and he along with his wife and Washingtonians, pray for the hundreds wounded or fighting now for their lives, and grieve for the dozens killed.
