State Officials Announce “Free Park Days” For 2018

Washingtonians will again have 12 days in 2018 to visit state parks without having to purchase a state Discover Pass.

According to the Washington State Parks and Recreation Commission the “free days” are in keeping with legislation that created the Discover Pass, a $30 annual or $10 one-day permit required on lands managed by Washington State Parks along with the departments of Natural Resources and Fish & Wildlife.
